"in the matter of Claim Serial
"No.6 of Survey District No.3.
Take Notice that this matter has been preferred back to the Land Court by His Excellency the Governor in accordance with Section #14 of Ordinance 18 of 1900 for the Court to decide what compensation shall be paid to the Claimant and that the Court has fixed Thursday the 9th. of April at 10 a.m. when the Claimant should attend the Court and that he fail to do so the Court will proceed to determine the amount of such compensation in his absence.
